IIFYM Recipe- Cat’s Post Workout Smoothie Bowl
Ok guys- this is my GO TO post workout snack. This can easily be customized with any sort of fruit or vegetables that you like, and can be topped with granola, coconut, chocolate nibs, more fruit, or even eaten plain! Fast and easy way to get some post workout nutrition in
Ingredients
- 100g banana
- 1 packet dragonfruit puree
- 100 g. frozen fruit (I use a mix of mangos, strawberries, and pineapple)
- 30 g. frozen avocado
- 85 g. frozen riced cauliflower
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Add water to your liking. Blend and enjoy!
