Ingredients
- 12 ounces grass fed sirloin steak (can sub chicken), thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 6 ounces portobello mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 slices provolone cheese
- salt & pepper if desired
Directions
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat
- Add in meat and cook 2 minutes
- Flip meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes
- Add in onion and peppers
- Cook for 3 minutes or until slightly fork tender
- Add in sliced mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
- Cook for 3 more minutes
- Add provolone on top and cover your pan
- Allow cheese to melt
- Remove from the stovetop, allow to cool slightly and then divide between containers
- Top with fresh herbs, if desired
