Bulking Phase Success Story
I just finished up the 8 week All in Challenge with Crossfit Woodbridge and No Bull Nutrition as well as my first Is a Body Challenge . The pictures on the top I weighed in at 164 lbs…compared to the pictures on the bottom where I now weigh 175 lbs. I had already been eating pretty clean, training hard for race season and supplementing with my nutritional cleansing protein shakes…but I still felt like I was leaving something on the table. No Bull Nutrition showed me how simple it was to count macros and how to eat for performance. Steph did an awesome job formulating my plan that was specific to my goals. I gotta give credit to Daniel Broughton at CrossFit Woodbridge as well for the programming although I still have a long way to go. In the 2 months that I have been counting macros and utilizing my nutritional cleansing products…I’ve gained 11 lbs of mass…ran the marine corps marathon…a 40 mile trail ultra marathon…and 2 Spartan races. I feel great and am looking forward to the changes I can make over the next 8 weeks. Anyone can do this if you have the right mindset and the right system.
