IIFYM Recipe- Lasagna

IIFYM Recipe- Lasagna
Total Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 T minced onion
- 3/4 t salt
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t basil
- 1 t minced parsley
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 can 6 0z tomato paste
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 29 oz tomato sauce
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- Kraft Grated Parmesan/ Romano
Directions
- Cook noodles in salted water according to package
- Brown the beef and drain the excess fat
- Add all seasonings to beef
- Add tomato paste and sauce to beef
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- In a separate bowl, whip eggs with a fork and mix with the cottage cheese
- In a 9×13 pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce
- Top with 3 noodles, 1/4 of the cottage cheese mixture, and then 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese
- Repeat 3x more times
- Sprinkle the Parmesan/Romano cheese on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, let cool before serving/ cutting

Helpful Tips
