IIFYM Recipe- Chia Seed Pudding
Total Time– 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened, vanilla flavor)
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings of your choice (nuts, berries, fruit, coconut flakes etc.)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a Mason Jar (or any container with a tight lid)
- Shake or stir until blended
- Chill in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours
- Enjoy!

Helpful Tips
- Adjust the thickness of the pudding by using less milk
