IIFYM Recipe- Chia Seed Pudding

Total Time– 5 minutes


  • 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened, vanilla flavor)
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Toppings of your choice (nuts, berries, fruit, coconut flakes etc.)


  1. Add all ingredients to a Mason Jar (or any container with a tight lid)
  2.  Shake or stir until blended
  3. Chill in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours
  4. Enjoy!

Helpful Tips

  • Adjust the thickness of the pudding by using less milk
  • Any type of milk may be used, it does not have to be almond (examples: coconut, almond, rice, regular etc)
  • For a thicker consistency use 4 tbsp of chia seeds or 3 tbsp for more of a soup like consistency
