If you are still with us- congratulations! You made it to end of the 21 day mini challenge series. I hope you are proud of all the changes you have made in these last 12 weeks. You may be asking yourself…now what? Well for today’s last mini challenge we are going to discuss how you can stay connected on this journey you have started.
Set New Goals or Refocus the Old
Take a look back at what your original goals were for this challenge. Were you able to achieve those goals? Maybe you did, maybe you didn’t. Either way use this opportunity to come up with a new game plan on how you are going to achieve the goals you set in place OR even set new goals for yourself. Just remember, don’t beat yourself up if you did not reach your goals. Everyone’s journey looks different. Acknowledge and take responsibility for the mistakes you made. Set your intentions that you will learn from your mistakes and continue to grow. But if you did reach your goals, be sure you take pride in that and celebrate your achievements!
Renew and Refocus
So as with anything in life we often become bored. Flexible dieting is no exception. To keep the spark alive, try some new recipes! Maybe a new goal for yourself can be to try a new recipe once a week. This will help keep you engaged and excited about this new life-long journey you have set in motion.
If you have become disconnected from our community simply hit the reset button and reconnect! You are now lifelong members of #teamnobull so use that community as inspiration to stay on track. Continue to post your struggles, your successes, and your questions. Staying connected in the community just gets you one step closer to staying connected to achieving your goals.
Remember all that you have learned through these last 21 days. Use your newfound knowledge and experience as fuel to reignite the excitement you had at the very start of all of this. We have, after all, set out to create a life-long journey so don’t let this be the end of your road.
