Review: My 12 week plan with No Bull Nutrition was amazing!! I cut 16 lbs and 10.5″ for good! My run time, push-ups, and pull-ups all improved enough to be a candidate for my desired specialty school in the military. I learned the proper nutrition my body needs to be a better athlete.
