IIFYM French Toast Recipe

1/2 cup egg white
1 tbsp low fat milk
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp butter
3 slices of bread
1/8 cup sugar free syrup


Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat. Mix the egg, egg whites, milk, and vanilla extract in bowl. Dip the bread in and place in skillet until cooked flipping halfway. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and finish off with the sugar free syrup. Enjoy
