IIFYM Recipe- Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Quick and easy breakfast, or post workout snack! Awesome warm or cold, and packed with protein- this will keep you full and happy!


  • Oats (0.5 c)
  • Almond/ cashew milk (0.25 c)
  • Apple, Honeycrisp (50 g)
  • Raisins, golden (10g)
  • Pumpkin seeds (15 g)
  • Applesauce, unsweetened (0.33 c)
  • Collagen, 1 scoop


  1. Chop up the apple. Lightly spray a pan and toss the apples in over medium heat with cinnamon. Sauté the apples just until tender
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Enjoy!
