IIFYM Recipe- Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Quick and easy breakfast, or post workout snack! Awesome warm or cold, and packed with protein- this will keep you full and happy!
Ingredients
- Oats (0.5 c)
- Almond/ cashew milk (0.25 c)
- Apple, Honeycrisp (50 g)
- Raisins, golden (10g)
- Pumpkin seeds (15 g)
- Applesauce, unsweetened (0.33 c)
- Collagen, 1 scoop
Directions
- Chop up the apple. Lightly spray a pan and toss the apples in over medium heat with cinnamon. Sauté the apples just until tender
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Enjoy!
