Eggs Cooked Different Ways- Banish Boredom!
Tired of eggs? Looking for different ways to cook them to help you banish boredom? Today we are going to accomplish just that with some new and exciting ways you can prepare your eggs in the morning (or dinner!). Eggs are a staple in my household because they are packed with protein and when done right can be low in fat. They also contain several good-for-you nutrients such as tryptophan, selenium, iodine, vitamin B2, phosphorus, Vitamin B5, Vitamin D….need I say more?
1. Crustless Egg White Quiche
This dish is perfect for when you are able to prep ahead of time but need something that is quick and easy. The dish serves 6 and can be easily reheated in the microwave for a fast go-to breakfast option. The recipe can be found here
2. Egg White Breakfast Sandwich
Everybody loves a good breakfast sandwich. Making yours macro-friendly is also pretty easy! Just swap out eggs for egg whites and bacon for a low fat option such as Turkey sausage or Canadian Bacon. This recipe provides a good starting point for you but get creative and try putting your own personal touch on it!
3. Egg White Omelet
This is another recipe that you can certainly mix up and make it into your own. Try adding in some additional veggies or top with salsa for some added flavor!
