“The program has been great for me. I love that I haven’t had to give up the foods that I enjoy – I may not be able to have them as often, or need to eat less of them, but I can still work them in if I want to. Steph has been a great motivator, cheerleader, and guide through the process. I was initially concerned about tracking all of my food, but with a little planning, it has become fairly easy over time. As I’ve gone through the program, I have seen my performance in the gym improve – I’ve hit new PRs and have been able to do gymnastics moves that I couldn’t do before (just got my first matador dip last week!).
